What condition are your books in?
Our inventory includes both new and pre-loved books. Each product page clearly states the book’s condition, and any noticeable wear, writing, highlighting, or imperfections will be disclosed.
How do you inspect pre-loved books?
Every pre-loved book is individually inspected for cleanliness, readability, binding condition, page quality, and noticeable odors. We gently clean each book and remove pencil marks whenever possible.
Will my book have writing or highlighting?
Some pre-loved books may contain writing, highlighting, a previous owner’s name, or other signs of use. Any noticeable markings will be described and photographed on the product page as much as possible.
Do you sell books with odors?
We avoid listing books with noticeable smoke, mildew, or strong musty odors. Because pre-loved books have a history, a light natural “used-book” scent may occasionally be present.
Will the book I receive be the exact book shown?
Yes. Because many pre-loved books are one-of-a-kind, the photographs on the product page show the actual copy you will receive unless otherwise stated.
How are books packaged?
Books are packaged carefully to help protect them from movement and moisture during transit. Our packaging may evolve as Be Still Books grows, but every order will be prepared with care.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed before shipment, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Please review our Shipping & Returns page for complete return eligibility, deadlines, and instructions. Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Can I request a specific book?
Yes. You may contact us with the title and author you are searching for. We cannot guarantee availability, but we will be happy to keep it in mind while sourcing books.
How can I contact Be Still Books?
Please use the Contact page on our website. We will respond as soon as possible during regular business days.
