Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped as promptly as possible.

Processing

Orders are processed on regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed. Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside the control of Be Still Books.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping-confirmation email. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving the notification.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Be Still Books is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packaging

Books are packaged with care to help protect them from movement and moisture during transit. Because many pre-loved books are one-of-a-kind, we take special care when preparing each order.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at hello@bestillbookshop.com with your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information.

We will review the situation and assist with the next appropriate steps. Carrier investigations and claims may require additional processing time.
