Shipping
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped as promptly as possible. Estimated delivery times and available shipping rates will be shown during checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Be Still Books is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Packaging
Each order is packaged with care to help protect books from movement and moisture during transit. Because many of our books are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, we take special care when preparing them for shipment.
Returns
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The book must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- The book must not have additional writing, highlighting, damage, odors, or signs of use.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The return must be approved before it is mailed back.
To request a return, please contact us through the Contact page and include your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or another personal preference.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the book differs significantly from its product description, please contact us promptly. Be Still Books will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if the package or book is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the book and packaging
Please keep the book and its original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Books returned without approval or in a condition different from how they were originally received may not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
